Section 104
Transfer of Assets, Liabilities and Budget
The relevant ministries of the Government of Nepal, based on the rights granted to rural municipalities and municipalities in accordance with the Constitution and this Act, within six months from the date of commencement of this Act, shall review the organizational structure of the agencies under them and transfer the assets in the name of the relevant bodies according to the functional responsibilities of the rural municipality or municipality. , responsibilities and budget should be transferred to the related municipality or municipality.
