Section 57
Prohibition on publication of news related to government work
Any employee without authorization from the Government of Nepal, any confidential or prohibited matter that comes to the knowledge while performing official duties, any document or news written or collected by him directly or indirectly from other unauthorized employees or non-government persons or Do not give or tell the press. This ban will also apply to those who are not in service for any reason.
