Rule 47
Deploying Government Accountant to Other Work

(1) Except where the post of public prosecutor has been established, the public prosecutor can only be employed in the work related to that post.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), the effect on the performance of the work of the public prosecutor's office. A government lawyer can be assigned to the work of constitutional commission, commission, committee, task force or election work formed by Nepal government.
