If there is a decision to fill the gap, the government gap should be given priority over the private gap. But if there is a decision to fill the private gap before the decision to fill the government gap is made, the government gap will not be given priority.
(2) If the government debt or any other amount to be paid according to the judgment is not recovered, or if there is no condition to be recovered, such debt or the property of the debtor to be paid is not already withheld, then it shall be withheld as soon as possible after the payment.
(3) If the defaulter does not pay the default or other amount as per sub-section (1) within thirty days from the date of final judgment, in the case of his movable property withheld as per sub-section (2), it shall be recovered from the body or organization that owns such property and in the case of immovable property, it shall be paid by auction.< br> (4) According to sub-section (3), even when the property is sold by auction, such a person should be imprisoned for the unsolved government malpractice.
