Section 181
The public prosecutor can appeal
against the decision or order of any judicial or quasi-judicial body affecting the rights, interests or concerns of the Government of Nepal and to file a case against such order or decision, appeal, review or in any other way complain or request If there is no official designated by law to do so, the Attorney General himself or the public prosecutor appointed by him may appeal, appeal, review or make any other application against such decision or order to the relevant body subject to the law.
