(1) The mountaineer team may take with them the necessary chiefs, mountain guides, base camp workers, high altitude workers and local workers for the mountain climbing expedition. When taking such persons, the mountain climbing team shall bring such persons with them from the date of departure until they return to Kathmandu or any other place designated by the Government of Nepal. Every mountain climbing team shall take with them workers as specified. (2) Even after leaving for mountain climbing, if necessary on the way Base camp workers, high altitude workers or local workers can be brought with them. (3) The work, duties and rights of chiefs, mountain guides, base camp workers, high altitude workers and local workers will be as prescribed.
