Rule 31
Basis of Transfer Under Section 21 of the
Act, transfer of employees shall be made on the following basis:-
(a) Employees who have completed 233 days of work in extremely remote areas should not be sent back to extremely remote areas after four years,
(b) If both the husband and wife of the employee are in government service until the vacant post is filled, they will be sent to the same district (c) Officer level employees should not normally be kept in the same position of the same office for more than five years,
(d) ……………….
(e) considering his work trends and responsibilities.
