Rule 27
Transfer
(1) The government of Nepal may transfer the employees who have the expert position without any difference in the responsibilities of performing the same nature of work and duties, limited to a specific group and sub-group of the service.
(2) Employees who are transferred as per sub-rule (1) will be transferred along with their position.
