Section 118
Prohibition of driving of vehicles
Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the department may prohibit the driving of any vehicle in any public place for the sake of public safety and public welfare. In case of ban in this way, the department should cause the notice of the matter to be pasted, hung or connected at such a place.
