(1) One motor with a driver, one hundred and fifty liters of petrol per month and five liters of Mobil per quarter will be provided to the chief officials.
(2) Each office bearer will be provided with a motor with a driver, one hundred liters of petrol per month and five liters of mobile per quarter.
(3) Officials of constitutional bodies who use their private motor will be provided with an amount equal to the starting point of the salary scale of light vehicle drivers of the Government of Nepal and the petrol and mobile they will get as mentioned in sub-section (1) or (2) on behalf of the driver.
(4) Arrangements for maintenance and greasing of motors provided under sub-section (1) or (2) shall be as per the Government of Nepal.
(5) Officials of constitutional bodies will not have to submit petrol and mobile bill vouchers.
(6) The facility according to this section shall be given to the office bearer of the constitutional body for seven days from the date of expiry of his tenure.
