Section 7
Vehicles, fuel and vehicle maintenance facilities

(1) The judge will be provided with a motor with a driver and fuel and mobile as mentioned in schedule-1.

(2) Sub-section (1) ) the judge who uses his private motor without using the motor provided as per the driver will be provided an amount equal to the first digit of the salary scale of the light vehicle driver of the Government of Nepal and fuel and mobile as per sub-section (1).

(3) Sub-section (1) ) the regular repair and maintenance of the government motor provided as per the relevant court will be done by the concerned court.

(4) It is not necessary to submit the bill for fuel and driver's wages received as per sub-section (1) and (2).

(5) According to sub-section (1) the government motor provided to the judge shall be used for twelve years from the date of purchase, even if such judge is transferred or appointed and goes to another court.

(6) The facilities according to this section The judge will be given up to seven days from the date of termination of his tenure.

(7) According to sub-section (5), if the judge wants to buy and take the vehicle used by the judge on his retirement, the book value of the vehicle will be transferred to him.< /p>

(8) While maintaining the book value of the vehicle according to sub-section (7), it shall not be less than ten percent of the purchase price of such vehicle.

(9) According to sub-section (7) A judge who wishes to purchase and take over the vehicle he is working on retirement must inform the Supreme Court in writing at least six months before the date of retirement through the relevant court. There will be no hindrance in giving such information before retirement.
