Rule 161
Powers and Procedures of the Armed Police Special Court
: When ordering detention in cases related to offenses punishable under Section 27 of the Act, and hearing witnesses and evidence, the Armed Police Special Court shall use the powers and procedures as mentioned in the prevailing special court law.
