Rule 33
Seismic Survey
: (1) In relation to seismic survey, the contractor shall submit the following to the department:
(a) Line drawing of source and collection pattern (pattern diagram).
(b) Details of equipment used in seismic survey.
(c) Maps of 1:50,000 scale with permanent markings used in the survey.
(d) In case the contractor uses a different value in transparent and paper print, that value and 1:50,000 and 1:25,000 explosion location (shot point) marked maps.
(e) Analysis of source wave characteristics.
(f) Weathering profile.
(g) magnetic field tapes and final processing tapes as well as such reprocessed tapes in cases where the reprocessed tape is used to reinterpret or confirm the location of a well.
(h) Processed and unprocessed seismic sections of vertical values of ten centimeters per second and five centimeters per second on transparent and paper print.
(i) Copies of Seismic Sections reviewed and re-reviewed by the Contractor.
(j) Interval velocities and velocity analysis at each blasting locations (shot points) or determined by the contractor.
(k) Seismic analysis including thickness, texture facies, environment, geochemical maturity of each surface (horizon) considered by the contractor and other considered maps prepared by the contractor during his study.
(l) maps prepared under clauses (j) and (k) in scale 1:25,000 along with the scale used by the contractor.
(2) Reports under clauses (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (j) as soon as possible after the seismic profiles are received and of the seismic profile. It must be submitted within sixty (60) days after the deliberation is over.
(3) The reports under clauses (j), (k) and (l) must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the completion of the deliberation work.
