(6) During the deposition of the witness, the member himself shall refrain from asking such question even if the defendant does not object to the question being asked which is unfair, irrelevant or insulting or hesitating.
(7) If the tribunal feels that a witness is under undue pressure or there is a strong possibility of being pressured to depose due to the presence of the defendant or any other mental reason, the tribunal may make necessary arrangements to make the presence of such defendant indirect, to depose the defendant in the presence of the defendant's legal practitioner or a person of his choice. .
