Rule 84
Weekly case payment list
"(1) The head of payment management branch shall submit to the registrar every week by Wednesday, a list with all the details of the cases and reports scheduled for payment for the next week. The registrar should prepare a group list by grouping the cases according to the proportion of workload under the direction of the Payee Management Committee. Sh. (2) In the filing list of the case according to sub-rule (1), the name of the parties to the case, the name and number of the case, the date of submission of the case and, if possible, the name of the judge or officer who will decide the case and if a legal practitioner has been appointed in the case, by Friday Payee notice should be pasted on the notice board. 7(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2) while preparing the weekly appearance list, it should be prepared in such a way that hearings are held in the following order:-
(a) priority cases mentioned in the Schedule - Rakh, (b) cases registered before the introduction of different case management system, (c) other cases of simple route group, general route group and other cases of special route group based on the order of registration.
(3A) In the case of preparation of the list of appearances in accordance with sub-rule (3), if there is more than one case in the same order, priority of appearance shall be determined based on the order of registration of those cases.
(3b) Subject to sub-rules (3) and (c) writ petitions shall have priority in the list of appearances. 0g) Subject to sub-rule (3), the concerned court may manage the hearing by hearing the case in separate bars according to the nature of the case.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rules (1), (2) and (3), an application for withdrawal or settlement of a case, even if it has not reached a body, shall be given priority and placed on the pay list. 7(5) Any case which is not included in the weekly payee list and report shall not be submitted to the Bench, except for petitions for direct custody, petitions seeking interim orders, cases submitted for sentencing hearings or orders from the bench.
