Rule 95
Appointment of Public School Teachers

(1) Candidates recommended for appointment by the Commission shall be appointed by the District Education Officer within thirty days from the date of receipt of the recommendation. The appointed teacher should appear in the respective school within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the appointment letter.
(2) Before being appointed in accordance with sub-rule (1), the concerned candidate shall submit his educational qualification certificate, Nepali citizenship certificate and health certificate in the format as per Schedule-14 to the District Education Officer.
(3) In the letter of appointment given according to sub-rule (1), the teacher's salary and other benefits should also be disclosed.
(4) After giving the letter of appointment as per sub-rule (1), the district education officer shall administer oath to such teacher in the format as per schedule-15 and send his photograph and other details to his office, teacher's library and related school.
(5) A teacher appointed as per sub-rule (1) shall send three copies of the personal and employment details form as per schedule-16 to the concerned district education office within three months from the date of appointment. The form obtained in that way should be sent to the teacher's library for verification by the district education office.
(6) The form received in accordance with sub-rule (5) shall be verified by the teacher's library and one copy shall be kept by the district education office and one copy shall be sent to the respective district education office.
