(1) Every public body shall respect and protect citizens' right to information.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), it shall be the responsibility of the public body to do the following: (a) classifying and updating the information and causing it to be made public, published and broadcast from time to time,
(b) Making citizens' access to information simple and easy,
(c) To conduct their work in an open and transparent manner,
(d) To arrange suitable training and education for its employees.
(3) In accordance with clause (a) of sub-section (2), the public body may publish, publish or broadcast information in different national languages ​​and media.
