Rule 61
Public Holiday Allowance
An employee who is coming and taking any type of leave other than festival leave, if a public holiday falls on the payment of that leave and if he does not report to the office even after the public holiday, he will be entitled to take the period of the public holiday as well as the leave taken by the employee or if the leave is not left. It will be considered as being on other holidays.
