17.1 When implementing a water and sewerage plan, if it is necessary to lay a water or sewerage pipeline from a public or private real estate and carry it from one place to another, the institute shall according to the plan. Pipe line can be laid. 17.2 In accordance with sub-section 17.1, the corporation shall lay the pipeline in such a way as to cause as little damage as possible to public or private real estate when laying water or sewage pipelines. 17.3 The corporation shall compensate the real estate owner according to the prevailing price for the loss caused by the laying of water or sewerage pipeline under sub-section 17.1 or repair the damaged real estate and bring it back to its original condition.
