Rule 20
Can cancel recommendation
: (1) Notwithstanding anything written in Rule 19, if the recommendation of such candidate is canceled due to wrong information submitted by a candidate before issuing the letter of appointment in accordance with the recommendation made by the Commission for appointment, the Commission shall cancel the previous recommendation after stating the reason. Will be able to publish merit order.
(2) In case another qualification order is published according to sub-rule (1), the appointment will be given to the candidate according to that qualification order as per the rules.
