Section 107
Seat must be reserved

(1) The manager or the owner of the transport service shall have the duty to reserve four seats for disabled persons and two seats for women in public large passenger vehicles plying on local roads.
(2) In long-distance passenger-carrying public vehicles, the duty to reserve two seats for members of parliament and two seats for women shall be the responsibility of the manager or owner of the transport service. But such a seat will be reserved only up to four hours before the departure of such vehicle to the destination.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the ticket purchased by the member of the Legislature-Parliament cannot be transferred to the name of any other passenger.
