(1) When deciding at the appeal level, if the court of first instance deems the grounds and reasons taken in the decision to be reasonable and not the order to remove the defendant, but the decision is upheld, the bench may prepare a decision or a final order in the format as per Schedule-7 if it deems appropriate. But this provision shall not be deemed to prohibit the preparation of judgments in accordance with Schedule-23 of Civil Procedure (Code) Act 2074 and Schedule-47 of Civil Criminal Procedure (Code) Act 2074.
(2) The final order on the application should be written in the format as per Schedule-8.
