Section 6
Provision of Information Officer
(1) The public body shall arrange an information officer for the purpose of disseminating information in its office.
(2) For the purpose of providing information in accordance with sub-section (1), the chief shall regularly provide the information in his office to the information officer.
(3) The public body may arrange information branch as needed for the purpose of information transmission.
