(1) When requesting information in accordance with Section 7, the applicant shall submit the prescribed fee to the relevant body. However, if there is a provision of a separate fee in the prevailing law regarding any information, it will be as per the same.
(2) When determining the fee according to sub-section (1), it will be determined on the basis of the actual cost of providing the information.
(3) If it is found that the duty prescribed in accordance with sub-section (2) is more than the cost, the concerned person may file a complaint before the Commission.
(4) If during the investigation of the complaint filed under sub-section (3) it is found that the levy has been imposed contrary to sub-section (2), the commission may order to review such levy.
