(1) The public body shall update the information related to its body.
(2) As far as possible, the public body shall update the information related to its body up to at least twenty years prior to the implementation of this Act in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) The public body shall list and publish the following information related to that body:-
(a) Form and nature of the body,
(b) Functions, duties and powers of the body,
(c) number of employees in the agency and job description,
(d) Service to be provided by the body,
(e) the branch and responsible officer of the body providing the service,
(f) Fees and duration of service,
(g) Decision-making process and authority,
(h) Authority to hear appeals against decisions,
(i) Description of work edited,
(j) Name and designation of Information Officer and Head,
(k) List of Acts, Rules, Regulations or Directives,
(l) Up-to-date details of income, expenditure and financial transactions (d) Other details as specified.
(4) The public body shall update and publish the notification as per sub-section (3) within three months from the date of commencement of this Act and every three months thereafter.
