(1) The public body shall protect the information of a personal nature before it from unauthorized publication and transmission.
(2) Personal information in public bodies shall not be used without the written consent of the person concerned except in the following cases:-
(a) in relation to the removal of a serious threat to the life of any person or to the health or safety of the public,
(b) If there is a subject to be disclosed according to the prevailing law,
(c) Regarding controlling corruption.
