If it seems necessary to provide immediate protection to the victim and make arrangements to stay isolated during the treatment, the police office shall make arrangements to keep him in the nearest service center. Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "service center" means a service center established under section 11 of the Domestic Violence (Offences and Punishment) Act, 2066.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the service center may provide legal assistance, counseling or psychological services or financial assistance to the victims in the service center as required.
