(1) The local level may suspend or terminate the service related to waste management of the customer who does not pay the service fee as per Section 18.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the person, organization or body responsible for waste management in accordance with section 15 may suspend or terminate the service related to waste management of the customer who does not pay the service fee as per sub-section (4) of section 18 and thus the service In case of suspension or termination, the information should be given to the local level.
(3) In case of suspension or termination of service according to sub-section (1) or (2), the owner of the house shall manage the garbage generated from his house.
(4) If the customer pays the service fee as per Section 18, the service will be provided to him again.
