Section 89
Change of service
Before this Act comes into effect, all employees in the designated positions related to health services in the group or sub-groups of the Nepal Health Service and under the various services in accordance with the Civil Service Act, 2049 and the rules made thereunder shall automatically join the groups and sub-groups of the Nepal Health Service formed in accordance with this Act. It will be deemed to have been changed and reinstated.
