Section 71
Protection of service conditions
The conditions of service relating to salary, gratuity, pension and other benefits applicable to any employee at the time of his appointment shall not be changed in such a way as to adversely affect him without his approval. If the subsequent amendment has any adverse effect on the above-mentioned conditions of service of any employee existing before such amendment, such provision shall not be applicable to him without the written consent of the employee who has agreed to do so in accordance with such amended provisions.
