The Commission may charge service fees as prescribed from the person who has received the permit for the following matters:-
(a) In approving the Grid and Distribution Code,
(b) while determining the wholesale purchase and sale rate of electricity,
(c) When agreeing to a power purchase agreement,
(d) When determining other fees or charges including transmission and distribution charges (wheeling charges),
(e) Permit holders agree to merger, sale of plant, acquisition or take over of structures,
(f) When resolving the dispute according to section 18, but when the domestic consumer files a complaint, no fee shall be paid.
(g) Other matters specified by the commission.
