(1) Within six months from the date of payment of two years after the commencement of the implementation of the proposal to be assessed for environmental impact in accordance with this Act, the Ministry or the designated body has started the production or distribution of the service or goods, the adverse impact on the environment caused by the implementation of such proposal, the measures adopted to reduce such impact and such The environmental test report should be updated after analyzing the effectiveness and mitigation of the measures or if there is an adverse effect that has not been estimated.
(2) In relation to the environmental test report as per sub-section (1), the Ministry or the designated agency, in coordination with the relevant agency, after conducting the necessary study, may issue an appropriate order to the proponent to eliminate or minimize such adverse impact if the measures adopted to minimize the adverse impact on the environment are not found to be sufficient.
(3) It shall be the duty of the proposer to implement the order given by the Ministry or the designated body in accordance with sub-section (2).
