(1) There will be technical posts including specialist posts at various levels of health services. The post names of such posts will be as prescribed.
(1A) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), designation may be given to designated assistant level employees who obtain the prescribed qualification.
(1B) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-sections (1) and (1A), after 29th Chaitra 2069, the rural health workers under the Health Inspection Group and the Maternal and Child Workers under the Qunity Nursing Group, who are at the third level, shall be maintained at the fourth level and assigned to the Auxiliary Health Works (a) respectively. .H.W) and Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANMI) will be designated.
(2) The Ministry will make a job description for each level of the health service and the work, duties, responsibilities and rights of the respective positions will also be mentioned in such job description.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), the Ministry shall perform the work currently performed by the Rural Health Worker and Maternal Child Worker by the Auxiliary Health Work (AHEW) and the Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) respectively. They will prepare their job description and implement it.
