If any of the following acts are committed, it will be considered as an offense of mutiny:-
(a) In case of military mutiny,
(b) if any person of the Nepali Army or any force supporting it commits a military mutiny or incites or conspires to do so,
(c) If you are present at the scene of a military mutiny and do not try to stop the mutiny as much as possible,
(d) Knowing that there is an intention or plot to mutiny, or having reasonable cause to believe that there is an intention or plot to mutiny, but does not report the same to his commanding officer or a superior officer,
(e) If he deviates from his patriotism and duty or if he causes such person to deviate from his patriotism and duty or if he encourages such person to deviate from his patriotism and duty.
