Section 11
Formation of Ranking Committee
(1) The Government of Nepal may form a classification committee to make recommendations regarding the registration and classification of hotels, lodges, restaurants and resort bars at the tourist level.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the chairman and members of the committee shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
