(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, if a health service employee up to the tenth level who has been in service at the same level for fifteen years has one month left to retire in accordance with section 45, he will be upgraded or promoted to a higher position.
(2) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, if any health service employee up to the tenth level who has been in the same level for fifteen years submits an application to take voluntary retirement in accordance with section 46, he will be upgraded or promoted to one level higher and retired.
(3) According to sub-section (1) a special post will automatically be created for upgradation or promotion and the post will automatically be canceled after such employee retires from the health service.
(4) According to this section, the employee who gets upgraded or promoted shall be provided with facilities not less than the facilities he will get when he retires from the lower level.
