Rule 88
Local Allowance
An employee will get such allowance only if he works in the place where he receives local allowance. Even if an employee is posted in a place where he receives local allowance, if he works in a place where he does not receive any allowance or in some other way, he will not receive local allowance during that period or he will receive up to the allowance specified for such a position. trust
