(1) At the time of filing a case or a rejoinder or at the time of submitting a reply or a written answer or at the time of the statement of the accused, the concerned party shall schedule his/her statement- Rock. The following self-declaration form should be submitted to the court.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), such form shall not be submitted on behalf of the following parties:-
(a) On behalf of the Government of Nepal in cases or writs in which the Government of Nepal is party or against. (b) on behalf of a party who has submitted such form to any court of first instance, except where it is required to be updated.
(3) The details of the self-declaration form submitted as per sub-rule (1) shall be entered and updated in the case management software by the concerned department.
