(1) The insured shall receive health care from a health institution as per sub-section (1) of clause (l) of section 2.
(2) If the health institution as per sub-section (1) is unable to provide the necessary service to the insured, it shall mention the same and send it to the health institution where such service is available.
(3) The concerned health institution shall provide priority service to the insured who has been sent according to sub-section (2).
(4) Other arrangements related to receiving health services shall be as prescribed.
