:- If any person usurps or causes to usurp unregistered land in accordance with sub-section (4) of section 26, he shall be fined up to ten times the value of the usufruct as per the prevailing Nepal law in the year of usurping the land, and shall be sent to the office of land registry. The chief will confiscate the said land, it will be as prescribed in relation to the confiscated land.
