Rule 50
Can cancel the approval
(1) The council may cancel the approval given under rule 48 to the organization for reconciliation in the following cases:-
(a) Failure to comply with the procedures or rules of conciliation approved by the Council,
(b) If the deadline is not extended within the period as per rule 49,
(c) Failure to comply with the instructions given by the Council or the Conciliation Monitoring Committee,
(d) If the report required to be submitted according to rule 58 is not submitted for three consecutive years,
(e) If he acts outside the assigned area,
(f) If such organization is dissolved according to prevailing law,
(g) If any other act is done contrary to the Act or this regulation.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), before canceling the approval given to the organization that has been working on reconciliation, the council shall give an opportunity to submit an explanation within twenty one days.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the Council shall publish the notice of cancellation of the approval of the reconciliation-related organization in the national level daily newspaper.
