Section 46
Voluntary Retirement
Retirement conditions and age limit Employees who have reached the age of fifty years can take voluntary retirement within the period specified in the notification published in the Nepal Gazette by the Government of Nepal under the conditions mentioned in the same notification. In this way, the employees who take voluntary retirement will not exceed the age of 60 years by adding a maximum of seven years of service to the total service period for pension.
