Rule 117
Not to cause damage
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, no employee shall cause any kind of damage to the Legislature-Parliament, Government of Nepal, Secretariat or any other government office by carelessness or indiscipline or intentionally wrongly.
