Rule 114
Claim for damages
: If an armed police officer has committed any act punishable by departmental punishment in accordance with this paragraph, the government of Nepal has suffered any kind of damage, if the officer who ordered the punishment has ordered departmental punishment in accordance with this paragraph, such damage has been caused to the government of Nepal. He will also order to recover the damages from the concerned armed police personnel.
