Without the approval of the relevant body, no one should do any of the following in relation to the objects, places, flora, fauna etc. included in the register or within the national heritage:-
(a) to remove, alter or do any work which may cause damage to any thing, place, flora, fauna, etc.,
(b) To give or sell or hand over any thing, place, plant, animal etc. as a gift to anyone,
(c) to enter into the national heritage protection area any other animals which cause damage to any animals included in the register,
(d) To do any other work to damage or destroy any object, place, flora, fauna, etc.
