: The directors, general managers and employees of the corporation will not be personally liable for the damages incurred if they do not show dishonesty or knowingly disregard while working according to the authority they have received. But nothing in this section shall be deemed to interfere with the execution of the penalty imposed by any person for violating the rules made under this Act.
