Accounts and records
: (1) The cooperative bank shall keep books and records in accordance with the format approved by Nepal Rastra Bank so as to show the actual status of its business.
(2) The actual financial position of the co-operative bank, the investment made by it, the income of the loans taken and other financial transactions, the detailed description of the expenses and the details of the assets and liabilities must also be clearly mentioned in the books and accounts according to sub-section (1).
