(1) With the petition given under sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the Act, a brief description of the dispute, constitutional and legal questions, and a summary of the requested remedies should be prepared and submitted in a form not exceeding two pages. (2) A summary of the written answer should be prepared and submitted in such a way that the disputed question should not exceed two pages at most, along with the written answer given in relation to the application under sub-rule (1).
(3) Based on the summary submitted in accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2), the question to be decided will be decided and the final summary will be prepared and kept with the Missile.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1) or (2), a summary of the petition or written reply of three pages or less shall not be required to be submitted.
