Rule 61
_ Rights of the Registrar to control the liquidation
: By using the right under Rule 60, the Registrar can review the work done by the liquidator and do as follows :-
(a) to set aside an order passed by the liquidator contrary to the direction, “to vary or pass such other order as may be necessary,
(b) account books, documents of the organization or association; To submit documents and documents,
(c) to limit the powers of the liquidator under Rule 60 to such extent as he thinks fit,
(d) - To receive a report of the books of accounts examined by the liquidator,
(e) To determine the general principle regarding making a settlement according to clause (e) of rule 60 or to distribute justly according to clause (j) of that rule,
(f) To give necessary instructions regarding the remuneration and allowances to be received by the liquidator, (g) To remove the liquidator from office and appoint another one.
