In these rules, unless the subject or context requires otherwise:

(a) “Committee” means the committee constituted under rule 3,

(b) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Committee,

(c) “Member” means a member of the Committee and this term includes Chairman and Vice Chairman,

(d) “Military Hospital” means Trichandra Military Hospital should be understood and this term also refers to any other hospital under the Nepali Army, dispensary and any medical treatment arrangement outside the valley where the Nepali Army is stationed.
